Questions, Answered
The cost is set by the funder you choose: it's the difference between what you receive and the total receivables sold, plus any fees in the funder's agreement. It depends on your business and the funder, so we don't publish rates. Because we work with a wide range of funders, we can compare offers with you; the cost is fixed when you sign and shown in writing, with the disclosure your state requires, before you commit. It usually costs more than a bank or SBA loan.
The funder receives an agreed percentage of your receivables as your business collects them. If your sales slow down, you can ask the funder for a reconciliation so remittances reflect your actual receivables. The funder's agreement explains exactly how it works, and remittance methods vary by state.
